Dada's Nuskha — Shilajit, Sidr Honey & Kashmiri Walnuts
Shilajit · Sidr Honey · Kashmiri Walnuts
Three ingredients. One morning ritual. The same formula Kashmiris have used for generations.
This is not a supplement stack. It is three ingredients that work together the way they always have — before anyone put them in a capsule or called it a wellness ritual. Shilajit from Paddar, Kishtwar at 4,200m. The fulvic acid in it acts as a carrier — Ayurveda calls it yogavahi, the substance that takes other compounds deeper into the body. Sidr honey from Kashmir's Jujube groves — harvested once a year, raw, enzymes intact. It replenishes liver glycogen and supports the tryptophan pathway that sets up sleep. Walnuts from Kupwara — the only nut with meaningful omega-3 ALA. The ellagitannins in them convert in your gut into urolithins, linked to mitochondrial health and longevity. The protocol is straightforward: dissolve a pea-sized piece of shilajit in warm water. Let it cool to 40°C. Stir in a teaspoon of sidr honey — never add honey to boiling liquid, it destroys the enzymes. Eat 6–8 soaked walnut halves alongside. Every morning, empty stomach. Dada did not call this a ritual. It was just breakfast.
Fulvic acid helps your cells produce ATP more efficiently. Sidr honey restores liver glycogen — the fuel your brain runs on through the morning. Together, they shift how your baseline energy feels.
A 2016 clinical study found testosterone rose ~20% in healthy men aged 45–55 after 90 days of shilajit. Consistent use, not a single dose.
6–8 walnut halves gives you the full daily omega-3 ALA dose. Brain function, inflammation control, and cardiovascular health. No fish oil needed.
Fulvic acid in shilajit carries iron, zinc, and magnesium directly into cells. Walnuts and honey deliver additional minerals. The three together cover what most Indian diets run low on.
Why these three together.
Cellular fuel — not a stimulant.
- Shilajit's fulvic acid helps mitochondria produce ATP more efficiently — the same way your cells were meant to work before stress, bad sleep, and processed food got in the way.
- Sidr honey provides glucose that goes straight to the liver, restoring the glycogen your brain needs to function clearly from morning.
- The combination doesn't spike you and crash you. It raises your floor — the baseline you return to after the caffeine wears off.
Clinical evidence — not gym-bro marketing.
- A peer-reviewed 2016 study in Andrologia showed testosterone increased ~20% in healthy men aged 45–55 after 90 days of shilajit supplementation.
- The mechanism: shilajit's dibenzopyrene compounds regulate reproductive hormone levels. Not a stimulant — a regulator.
- Results compound over 3 months. If you evaluate before 90 days, you haven't run the protocol.
Walnuts are one of the most researched longevity foods.
- Walnut ellagitannins convert in the gut into urolithins — compounds linked to mitochondrial repair and longevity in multiple clinical studies.
- Shilajit's fulvic acid enhances mineral absorption from everything you eat alongside it. Walnuts + shilajit together increase the bioavailability of each.
- Sidr honey supports the tryptophan → melatonin pathway — better sleep, better recovery, longer healthy years.

Most people notice something subtle first — waking up feeling less heavy, mornings feel cleaner. The honey and shilajit are stabilising blood sugar and liver glycogen while you sleep.
The afternoon dip shrinks. You feel the absence of the crash more than a new high. That's the shilajit working at a mitochondrial level — not a caffeine peak.
The full 90-day clinical effect kicks in. Joints move easier, gym recovery is faster, drive and focus feel different. This is what Dada noticed. He just didn't have a word for it.
Is this for you?
Dada's 5-minute morning protocol
The night before: place 6–8 walnut halves in a small bowl of cold water. Cover and leave overnight. Soaked walnuts are easier to digest and less bitter.
In the morning: take a pea-sized piece of Shilajit (300–500mg). Add to a glass of warm — not boiling — water. Stir for 30–60 seconds until fully dissolved.
Let the water cool to 40°C — warm to touch but not hot. Add one teaspoon of Sidr Honey and stir. Never add honey to boiling liquid — it destroys the enzymes.
Drain the soaked walnuts. Peel the brown skin if you prefer less bitterness. Eat them alongside the shilajit-honey drink. Empty stomach, every morning.
The honey rule
Never mix honey into boiling or very hot liquid. Heat above 40°C destroys the enzymes and prebiotics that make raw honey work. Add it after the shilajit water cools — warm to the touch.
What customers say
Started this 6 weeks ago. The shilajit quality is the same as what I ordered separately. Having all three together every morning has become the one non-negotiable part of my day. Energy is different — not a caffeine thing, just cleaner.
My father (62) has been on this for 2 months. Joint pain in his knees has reduced noticeably. He says he sleeps better too. The sidr honey tastes genuinely different from regular honey — much richer.
I was sceptical about buying a kit but glad I did. The walnuts are noticeably different from what you get in supermarkets — thinner shell, richer taste. Honey is thick and raw. Shilajit dissolves cleanly. All three are clearly the real thing.
This is exactly what my Dada used to have every morning. I thought we were just making that up as a family story but turns out there's actual science behind it. Third reorder. Nutkash is my go-to for anything Kashmiri now.
